I (and my partner) both love this thing. After trying about 15 different types to compare them all, this one is not only the most effective by far, but the most comfortable to wear as well! It's nice a wide, easy to clean, no stupid bead or extra hanging off, no time wasting to adjust it because it's one size fits all, and very very effective. I took all the other ones back (even ones 4x the price) and am sticking with this. Now I know where it got it's name "Titan" from and Doc Johnson really IS the Doc of c-rings! Great gift for yourself or someone else and a great deal. If you're gonna get a ring, definitely save your time/money and get this one!

I never used one of these before. But it does stand up to what its suppoesed to do by restrecting the blood from flowing out of the penis,"makes the old boy larger in all ways". It is more comfortable than I thought it would be. The only down fall is that it's starting to split/break apart. I will replace it with a different style.

I really enjoyed using this cock ring but it broke after about six uses. The ring is not too tight and works really well. A larger size for those of us that are a bit thicker would be nice. All in all it was a good cock ring while it lasted.

Okay... I bought this because I can't keep it up and I get nervous and start thinking about random thing while getting it on. It not totally the cockrings fault for not keeping it strong and hard. I put it on and it works for a long while and all but it does get uncomfortable after 40 minutes. I do suggest at least trying this product.

This is the best performing ring I have tried. That's the good news. The bad news is it tears along an assembly seam after several uses and becomes useless. Amazon was great to work with on my issue. If Doc Johnson/Titan resolves the product reliability issue I would definitely buy another and be able to highly recommend the product.
